since there was no reasoning I would contact support and push the issue as long as it follows their guidelines and it was just a biased ban getting more than one worker to look at it should fix the issue, still a headache tho
It means removing everything the fans love about the game and dumbing down the game to the mod's standard without providing a nsfw patch from outside steam. It has happen before and it has cost some creators their jobs because of it.
All you need to do is to provide the NSFW version patch for people to access and let them patch the game from SFW to NSFW. Otherwise, you will turn away a lot of people because of it.

NSFW content has always existed, it's just that people were angry because it wasn't free.

Many people do not realize that it takes a game a long time to make (let alone well), especially by a single person or small team. I also think that many people in this community have an assumption that all games are made with the intention as the only income of said person/team, but often, it is done as a hobby and little time can be made to give a project attention when, you know, life outside of said project exists. Game developers are not robots whose sole intention is to make just another game you like for a few hours. You are a person.

Like..The pure version did not contain a warning/disclaimer about porn content. It's a detail, but western platforms require this "bureaucracy".

Yes. But Pure "free" version has limited content (no scenes, no gallery), just in-game animations with enemies. So save probably won't help you much.

I think you should quit worrying about these types of comments, because they are made by coomers who want to experience everything the game has to offer without paying and if there's paywall they'll always bitch about dev being unfair, but truth is, once they have their coomer hands on the product through any means ( even bullying the developer) into releasing everything for free, they'll shut up for good cuz they got what they wanted and will forget about the project until next paywall comes into play.
And the cycle continues, just look at the coomer who told you you are worthless, suddenly after getting what he wanted there's no further comments from him, he got his disgusting hands on the product and quickly forgot about it soon after he's satisfied, truly despicable behaviour.
