Found it, the link was in the description as well but all of them were dead. Only one link posted in the replies of a comment made by @looolmirislangweilig349 is usable.
Back then I thought I should just back it up instead it got deleted again and fortunately it hasn't.

If you find a version of part 2 to combine with part 1, your saves should work in theory. Combining all 3 parts manually was how I did it back when I first played MGQ. I also have my save at the end of part 1 for the version in the OP if you'd rather use that. It won't include the monsterpedia entries in part 1 though, unfortunately.

I tried staging it and then installing, but it prompts me that its incompatible with my current Android. It essentially reads that it was built for an older version of the Android and doesn't include the latest privacy protections. Do you know a way around this? Also, thanks for updating me!

When that message pops Up, It should give you the option to instsll the app anyways

Yeah, I had attempted that as well, but it then gives a message saying that 'App not installed as app isn't compatible with phone'
Would you happen to know any hot fixes or ways around that? Or is there a way to modify the APK to be... Idk more up to date? Im not too savvy on that.

Unfortunately no, in my case it allowed me to install the app anyways. Not sure what could be the problem there.
