Starting at the beginning tends to be the recommended way to read anything not written by Nasu. The 1-3 refers to the 3 different parts, the only MGQ games are MGQ and MGQ: Paradox.

I don't think the japanese version of games is something that tends to be shared on this site unless the game has a built-in language toggle.

It's more of a comment on how people can't agree on which anime adaption of Fate/Stay Night to start with despite there being a pretty straightforward watch order. All I can personally say about his writing is that Fate/Kaleid Liner Prisma Illya 2Wei! is a very cool show for very cool reasons.

It should give you a 'more options' menu, touch it and select 'install anyway'. Downloaded and installed it a couple hours ago and I had no problems (android 11)

The version in the OP is part 3 with the first two parts combined into it. If it says part 3 on the main menu then you're missing a file somewhere and something probably went wrong when you downloaded or extracted the game. Either that or you accidentally deleted something.

I've never done it myself so I'm unfamiliar with the process, but this kind of thing should probably done through the report button under the OP, selecting "Game update" and describing the situation.
