What do I need to download? I just wanna play part 1,2, and 3 translated with uncensor. The recent links and discussions confuse me. Does the recent gofile bob download have all this or is it only part 1 and 2 translated? does it need more patches on top of that?

I was so hyped for the Part 3 Carnage Labrynth of Chaos and is just the same, they just increase the max rare points from 20,000 to 25,000... what a letdown.

Also there is no new bosses or maps from part 3, lets hope they uptade it in a future version.

If you play in japanese but didn't speak japanese you should probably pick one of the english version of the game.

Try to grab the top one and transfert your save.

In what part of the game are you ? Are you on part 3 after picking the monster side ? I dont remember a 3 choice with Ilias. You can try talking to Amira (the snake lady) in your castle.
Okay, so I downloaded the "paradox3.02(most up to date version with mtool(need to use mtool to play)+translation+mod+save" 8.3gb

But after loading my mtool and waiting for the translation file to load up, the dialogue for the main quest is still in Japanese, am I doing something wrong? this is part of chapter 3 when you take chaos route

Mhhh yeah it's strange. Maybe you didn't wait enough after loading the game with mtool. Relaunch the game and wait in the starting screen until it reset 1s and then load your save. Or sometime you need to change zone before the save can be translated.
This proces can be boring so if the bug still persist just download the bob translation.

Wow that new review is pure trash, any review that start out talking about IQ is a review that belongs in the dump. I don’t think a free game could even have a sunken cost fallacy since no real cost is sunk.

It feels rather ironic that a review opening with a statement containing IQ seems to have brought this kind of reaction, then to go even further by failing to realize the premise of sunk costs don't only apply to monetary investments.

What did you expected from the Guy who spent the whole month after the launch spitting on the mtool version compared to bob mtl version he found on discord without ever giving us a link to his game folder compressed when everybody tried his hardest to play this game.

Edit : it came harder than needed. The review make sense but at the end of the day even if the system suck your time and the maps are seizure inducing, at least we get closure on the story. And in my opinion the closure was pretty good

The only cost that can be sunk is time but they themselves said they willing dumped 200+ hours into a game they weren’t enjoying. Sounds more like they are trying to blame anything but themselves.

To be fair with the guy, the game does have some obvious plotholes, and the long wait combined with terrible gameplay are a good recipe to make said plotholes a lot more blatant. Could have voiced said complaints in a better tone, sure, but there are some very negative aspects to this game when compared to the previous two. I want to finish the last route before making a review myself, I'm just missing the bloat third route now.

I'm only looking forward to it because of what I found in the pictures folder.

Wouldn't that playtime reinforce his viewpoint? It doesn't seem like he's passing the blame around, it looks like he's expressing his disappointment that the story ultimately fell short of his expectations. The entirety of Paradox is a massive time-sink, no one on this forum is going to take a review from anyone with less than probably a hundred hours seriously, because you can't actually complete all three parts and review it at a level that people would be satisfied with because you likely haven't seen all there is to see up to that point.

And lots of people had expectations for a story that pays off the expectations set by Parts 1 and 2. By that point, it wouldn't surprise me if the average number of hours played by most people exceeded a hundred before going into Part 3. 200+ hours aren't just automatically wasted as they are being accumulated over the course of the gameplay, they are wasted when what the player hopes for in terms of a pay off by the conclusion doesn't satisfy them. Part 3 could have just as easily made those 200 hours worth it were the writing different, but how that turns out is going to be different for each person.

It was mostly the way they try to justify it that I found issue with. I alright know that paradox just isn’t gonna not me the way the original did but I’m still invested in the characters and wanna see how the new timeline effects them. I did expect plothole because of how long it has taken and to me, it feels inline with how the chaos aspect.

If part 3 was so disastrously bad that is invalidated parts 1 and 2 in their eyes then it still is a review not worth putting any stock in.
