The latest version v3.03 has been released on the DL site.
The modifications are as follows.

- Added ability set memory function for each character.
・ Organizing testimony abilities
You can now memorize and recall the ability set status of each character.
In addition, the evidence abilities that were complicated are summarized in a separate item.
In future updates, we plan to be able to memorize each character's secret stone set as well.

- Dungeon navigation is implemented.
In some difficult dungeons in the second half, we placed navigation characters on a trial basis.
This navigation can be turned on and off arbitrarily from the config.
It also removes only a few obstacles on the map.

・ When a friend leaves the party, the equipment will be automatically removed
This can also be turned on and off from the config.
If you turn it on, you will be able to prevent equipment from running away.
However, when you rejoin, it will take time and effort to re-equip it.
Set it up to your liking.

- Enhanced the unique abilities of some end-of-chapter characters.
In the final chapter, she is a monster girl who randomly becomes a friend after the battle.
Many of the unique abilities were subtle.
This has been reworked and revised upward.
This is separate from the Awakening ability, which we plan to introduce in the future.

- Skill attribute adjustment
Significantly upward revision of the composite attributes of the top skills.
This will apply the appropriate attribute booster and increase its power.
On the other hand, the null attribute was demonstrating abnormal power, which was revised downward.
The null attribute is a composite attribute of Shura, Eternity, Doom, and Galaxy.

・ From the Pocket Demon Castle Maid, it is now possible to "remove all the secret stones of unequipped armor"
・ Party division dungeon, remember the members even if you escape once
・ Some characters will be temporarily merged, so that the occupation and race acquisition status of the character before the merger will be inherited.
- Fixed an issue where the accuracy of enemies in the second half was too high, and the all-purpose evasion rate of allies was not working.
- Balance adjustment in the first half of the collaboration scenario and high difficulty level
・ Various other adjustments
- Many bug fixes

This will be the last update for the rest of the year.

Mine didn't trigger after doing the melty bat side quest

This sentence make no sense to me. I pointed that you reposted something that someone posted 3h ago but with less content inside your post and your response is that you had other way to pick the game (that you didn't link inside your post) and that you are using some mod ??
At least add a link to something like your game 3.03 folder with a translation inside.

can you add more context please ? What did you want ? You want them to show their face as a different skin ? Or is it linked to some quest ?
I don't think you can have them without their mask out of specific scene but I can be wrong.

Again this game is pretty much a submissive fetish inside a "epic" story. Most of us would probably prefer a self insert cool protagonist slaping his dick on monster girl face to recruit them in his castle/bed, but we all know that's not the theme of this game.
Speak for yourself. Also, there's hundreds of wish fulfilment slop out there, no idea why MGQ also needs to be one.

Gotta love when the “how do we make this a bit harder” question is ask the only answer given is “inflate the stats!”
With the abilities that exist in the game, it would not be possible to make a difficult enemy without inflating their stats. No amount of messing around with the AI or abilities of an enemy will make any difference if the enemy can be outsped and killed in 1 hit.

Of course, that's largely a self-inflicted problem on the game designers part because they were the ones that designed the abilities and the gems etc. so they were the ones that allowed the players stats to get so out of hand.. but if the players stats are out of hand, then the only way to make the enemies challenging is to make their stats also get out of hand too.

the problem is that at a certain point you should just end the game and make a new one, but since trtr decided to milk the first two parts story, the new story - the stuff that matters got hit with the barely held together gameplay stick.
