Don't forget you can also get Reaper-chan to make your people forget skills and abilities.
I personally forgot the lower tier skills and abilities that I would never use. As well as chain and weapon stuff that the specific character wouldn't use.

That is literally what we are talking about. deleting / forgetting skills on characters after training in jobs results in skill bloat.

Combat dialogue are not merged from part 1-2 yet because they are numerous and low priority for the merge.
If you want to play from the beginning, you are better to use a game version 2.41 with or without the demo and then switch to a part 3 game folder and import your save.
You can pick a game version 2.41 here. (that the most up to date human translation of the game before part 3 got out)

You should probably pick the "most up to date" version. With it, you can just click on the .exe and play some pretty good mtl version of part 3 (corrected by human hand) or you can use mtool and play if you want to cheat.
Mtool is already configured with the translation file from magaki+thoto (that you can also find inside the folder named translation file, inside the tool folder) so you don't need to care about the 10mb limit.
If you don't use mtool for the cheat content, I would recommend to play directly with the .exe because mtool as a lot of crashes and slow down compared to the normal mtl.

Edit: By the way, even if you miss anything, you will be able to get those in the 3rd route from a merchant, so, no pressure.
The next tier of races/jobs are not written here since they are obtained from the story progression on the 3rd route and are not missable. (except a post-game one, to get it - complete the quest you get on the castle's message board)
