From my own playthough, I found every item in both worlds, just in different order. I had 2 of each item when I got into chaos route.

That is reassuring I was fearing something like promestine not being able to become a seraph since most of the important angels were on the other route and the ones you recruit in angel world already have seraph unlocked. and other objectable design choices.
I want to recruit the elf queen and elf princess, but to get the princess I need the queen and to get the queen I need a silver trophy from the colosseum. To get this silver trophy I have to win the "race" category matches one time. However, no matter how I change my party lineup, I can never actually fight. I've tried nothing but angels, humans,beasts etc. I keep getting the same message that my party contains races different from the challenge I selected. if anyone knows how to get around this issue I would love to know!

Are you using the Bob translation? It has a bug that prevents the race matches.

I think someone said you can use the non-translated versions to do the race battle.
i used bob 3.02 and triggered the racial matches with just sylph, gnome, undine and salamander - fairy.

Others were having this issue. Some couldn’t even get the match to go with 4 battle-fuckers.
I'm using Bob MTL and was able to do it by removing my other party members and going solo with Luka in the Angel class.

So I decided to test my character builds for once and I learned the power of really annoying wording. Sara's trait says replaces attack with dex meaning anything that doesn't use attack is going to function as normal. I trained her in magus king thinking that I would be able to use them for times when physical attacks were a no go but now all that was good for was training another royal job for ruling sealed job.
Also I am finding my damage on other characters kind of underwhelming but that might be me being spoiled on the damage luka and Alice are doing the damage they do is 100% serviceable for where I am at the game.

With 3.04 you can find a ghost Ilias in your castle entrance that guide you during these dungeon. She is really helpfull.

In theory yes. In reality the real boss of labyrinth are deleting invulnerability on their main element most of the time.
