So I decided to wait for a more complete translation of part 3 to play it when it first came out because I didn't want to go through it with a garbled automatic translation that would detract from the story, but I found out recently that there's apparently a full MTL version that's circulating on the discord and I have to ask... How good of a translation is it? Is it worth it to go through now without it being complete gobbledygook compared to the much slower but accurate manual translation? I'm a patient person (and I know the game is going to take up a lot of time if/when I go for it) but I'm not so sure how patient I should be.

In my opinion you may be really surprised by the quality of the mtl, because someone (Bob) and some helpers from the discord corrected most of the mistake from the AI. In the land of trash that is mtl I think this one is pretty good.
Or you can wait till next year from arzor team but you can at least download the mtl and make your own opinion.

Maybe a better translation is somewhere on the discord but no real new version (like 3.07) of the game and probably only minor improvement.
In the world of dogshit MTL, I tried something right as the game came out originally and immediately stopped because I enjoy the story enough that I didn't want it to be a garbled mess, but I'll download it and promptly devote all my free time for the next month to it. Cheers!
Even if it doesn't you can always just turn on the full gallery. You just interact with the bed frame in Luka's inn. I can't remember if it was Luka's bed or the bed in the last room of the first floor though.

This isn't an answer to your question, but wow are those some long race names. "Dominion's Superweapon" and "Heaven's General" would be much more concise.

the mods page on the wiki and download NamesFix mod and install it, it's a type 1 mod, so read up about them on the same page if you don't know how to install those. It's easy.NamesFix would update names for characters upon loading a save. After that - save, translated names would be baked into save too. Mod can be removed.

did you used someone else save after the start of part 3 ?
Because japanese name are commonly see when someone used tool like mtool to play then switched to bob translation.
There is no real easy way to change that. You can look inside the data of the game and try to do some editing but good luck with that.
Maybe see if you can find a better way on the discord, because I remember someone talking about this some time ago.

I re-uploaded my link to my old version 2.41 on my gofile. You may want to delete the save folder and see if the content of the patch folder is ok with you. I didn't used it since long time ago.

I have made some updates to the chaos route walkthrough. The primary additions are:
-Some basic information on the chaos route meant to help people on their first run
-CD names are listed using the English names from the translation instead of the original Japanese, making it easier to figure out which CDs you're missing

So is it normal for not all of the ancestors and archangels to have a proof? like monster world Tamamo didn't have a proof. The same is true for angel world Micaela, Kanade, and Gabriela and I find it strange. I can only assume its because of name sharing with certain characters like unsealed Tamamo and fallen Micaela and Gabriela missing it is more a joke at her expense. Kind of wish we could naturally get more proofs because of this.
Hello, I've used virustotal on the 3.06 version on gofile and the game.exe was flagged twice; I'm pretty sure its a false positive since other antiviruses deemed it safe (Windows Defender too) but I wanted to be sure regardless since I've read that it has happened already, althought I don't know on which version. I'm safe, right? Right?

For the game.exe it's clearly false positive.
Tbh I was just surprised that some of the files where flagged as unsafe, hence the question; good to know that I'm just being paranoid. Thanks for the reply, btw
