I did go for chaos dmg builds
Especially if you use carnage/eternal/demise you should be fine
Problem is you will need to get the Jobs/Races for it

The part I needed help with turned out to be pretty simple. Boosted dark/demise for Luka and used archfiend skills I think I missed and then the new chars were able to put in work and atp, using a different strategy in a later part of the game, it's like that same enemy's phys reflect doesn't even exist for some reason. Building for chaos elements does sound like a good plan and I do appreciate the checklist. I'm surprised about the suggestion to drop to the lowest difficulty and use rulers ruler though. Insofar Paradox difficulty hasn't started feeling too hot yet.

Is there any full walkthrough for this game? The absolute latest one I can find is the one on the wiki, that just dips halfway through part 3.

Grimtjalf linked a checklist for third route on this page. If you combine it with Amira and the noticeboard in the pocket castle you shouldn't miss much.

And the second one: the dark/light tower (damn that was challenging...)
But like i mentioned Yoloswagking's guide helped ALOT (bcause of the order what to challenge first)

And here is another small advice: You should have atleast 24 characters which are builded and loaded
The reason why? Well i will not spoil anything but trust me you WILL need it in the "end" :3

Yep from the beginning
For the difficulty: part 1&2 on paradox is challenging but not as hard as part 3 chaos route (especially without loc gear xD)
If you want a challenge make a run with restrictions

Also i am NOT finished yet (like i mentioned all characters to lvl 9999, full loc gear, all affection presents, all H-scenes...lets make it short: 100%ing)

I think till the next update is here i may finish it x3

Oh and i didnt use ruler cause cheating in RPG is boring xD

As for best girl, to be honest, I kept most of my original party while going into the chaos route. Which did work for sometime. But towards the end they definitely started to fall off. But Luka was powerful enough that I could usually just rely on him and some of the other more powerful characters that eventually join you.

Yeah the one that's like Chrome is stomping me pretty hard on Paradox but instead of dropping diff I'm just gonna move on for now as I've only done Ilias cont and San Ilia so lots left to do. Nothing has been insurmountable yet.

Building up several teams works into my plans perfectly. I kept wanting to build up several teams but kept putting it off for literally the entire three parts but knowing who I'll have I already have several teams in mind and I'm finally excited enough to put in the work. Kinda ridiculous how much you can depend on Luca if you really want to, but the game ended up being so long and I wanted to have the right pieces so much that I just kinda plowed through especially once Luca started being OP. I didn't bother building crisis Luca so he was pretty middling before he gets ridiculous and atp he gets ridiculous even without crisis build. Kept trying to convince myself to put in some work and enjoy the journey but I never seemed to have all the options I actually wanted, not at once.

Yes. On your second play through you do have an option to skip to part 3, to "the great decision" where you choose to go in to either Ilias' or Alice' part three route. So you don't have to play part 1 and 2 twice if you don't want to. Then, after clearing both Ilias' and Alice' routes, during the great decision you choose "Find another way" which will start you on chaos route.

Plenty of people use joiplay to play rpgmaker games on handhelds. Don't know if you'd even need it for steamdeck though.

3.06 is the latest version and it's probably the last one for a while. Content updates aren't done quite yet but the dev is taking a break. Pretty sure you can find 3.06 in this thread even though OP's link is outdated.

About the exp dif mod, it can conflict with some others mods like old version of Victory Screen.

You might be waiting a while then. Even if the game is updated with the final route and whatever other content in however many months it'll likely take as many or more months for the fan translation to catch up, unless using a mostly mtl translation.

Even with only doing 1 full play through of parts 1 and 2 MGQP is a long long game if you bother with the majority of the content. Depending on how you go about things you could have anywhere from 60-200 hours in it before getting to chaos route. So, unless you plan on dedicating a lot of time each day to playing the game it should take a span of time to actually complete what's already there. At least, you could put the game off for a few months and by the time you finish it you shouldn't have to wait long for the final updates/translations.
