Fairies are all about mischief, they are not monsters unless corrupted. If anything, they are closer to divines.
Also at the very least Titania and Oberon can likely alter their size freely.
And wings? What a silly reason to put something into the monster category.
Divines and Infernals also have them, so you gonna put them into the monster category too now?
