Author has been silent for 4 months now, haven't seen an update on any platform.

I took a look at the discord and it they keep saying "dev is busy with IRL stuff"
The patreon hasn't been updated since last year, I don't even think the Advent calendar got completed.

Cool lifehack for you guys - if you open the html file in a text editor like VS Code, you can change
Config.history = false to true, and then you'll be able to use arrow buttons in the top left to go back and forth between choices instead of savescumming.

Developer commented 22 days ago on itch that they are still working on it. Best guess is that it's one of those situations where something came up in their life and they don't want to face the fact that they put it off for so long so they are kind of on the down low with communication.

You can give the kobold the egg, the elixir and the jelly , but there is still one more item i can't find. Is it bugged? Also , what item do You need to give naafiri when You go for the Cosmic Insanity dialogue option?

Yeah, it is quite doable. It has been a while since I last played but I think you need healing skills at the very least, and you need to rest when asked to whilst also hunting food for them. I forget the exact order of it though.
