I know this game took a lot of work to make...but that's....quite a lot? I guess with tax and Steam's cut taken out it's more like 15 bucks to the guy per copy sold, but still.

Woof, $35 is... a lot for this. Like I deeply enjoy the game but damn, Future Fragments is only $20 and that has much smoother gameplay, great sprite animation, AND voice acting. I love to support people putting some queer games out there but that's too high a price tag for what we've got here.
This game was finally released on Steam, even though the price is quite high. I remember last time I paid this kind of high price gay game, it was Robinwood Adventure
i at least would want to know if it worth it to pay, content i played year ago was maybe 10 bucks
It's hard to tell from the reviews. Of course gooners will recommend anything with good porn, but most of the negatives seem to mention the game's difficulty, including one who seems to be playing on the harder mode? That's pretty sus.
The only negative that seems to be worth noting is the game is pretty on rails, but is "open" in that way that is unsatisfying and will just block you off from exploring anything interesting/useful.

yeah someone complained about how the game should have been $20 and the dev said he wanted the game to be worthy of that much but that was before all those visamc incident happened

No porn game should cost 35 bucks. If he put a pricetag like that, he is stupid. Full-grown games from 400+ man studio can be bought for 35$. For porn game to cost that much there have to be a few brand new mechanics, so fresh and new, they could be called revolutionary. There is no such thing in this game, not even close. 15$ when not on sale is the maximum maximoruim for hentai platformer.
I kinda hoped for a rising star in this field. But somehow he did found a way to fuck it up. Well, If dev is braindead enough to put a 35, rip then, he got no future in this industry.
An accessory that gives EXP bonus was added in the final version of the game:

Having just looked into Steam's selection of "PORN" games, $35 isn't that unreasonable when you add Steam's own cut of 30% on the price. As to hentai games (non-Steam sites), I'm seeing a lot over your price of dream $15 and not surprised because of the hours required to create them. Just from a Google search, I get 3 to 6 months to create even a small scale solo project. Which going off your price, the creator would make more back in 1938 with the federal minimum wage at 25 cents per hour.

people here are just used to getting access to games for nothing. having to pay *anything* is a stretch for some.
the cost *is*high.. but as a long-term fan.. and even a beta tester helping out the dev... it's something I'm going to actually pay for. YEARS of work... great game... I think he deserves it (personally).
