I tried it but as the last link says the dev removed all sex content and actually any content whatsoever. I remember you could build a house or cultivate traits before (not that that had any function). Now there is nothing there. 5.9 is just for you to tediously walk around in a huge world with zero things to do. On top stamina will run out 5min in with no way to recover it.

I have no idea for whom this 5.9 is supposed to be. Certainly not potential customers, because intentionally showing nothing, -removal actually-, plus bugs is anti-advertising.

Apparently 5.5, or 5.8 were still working, but you can't get them anywhere anymore.
