I mentioned on discord that max paypal can hold someones funds is 6 months and after that they have to release it or provide a legal explanation for it. The most common cause of it is that they suspect illegality. I dont knwo what the fuck they think i was doing, but I'm confident they'll find nothing wrong (apart from nsfw) and I'll eventually be able to get back to using it normally. Either on my current acc, and if not that, my girl will open one in the extreme case.
VPN, unfortunately, won't solve Steam as you have to select region to get right currency

It must be so frustrating to work on building a supporter base for paypal to come along and deny you or withold their support. So ridiculous.
It's frustrating with the Steam issue for me also. They want you to use a credit card but most credit card companies are puritans and hate nsfw stuff.
You can, and sometimes HAVE TO use multiple PayPal accounts. It's not only not against their rules, they may require you to do so. For example, they can't change your country, so you have to open second account, that's what their website and their support are saying. So you can open one right now and see if it helps.
P.S. I have 4 accounts there. 3 personal and 1 business, all legit and no issues.

Are you sure about a Steam early access? Because.. Steam no longer accepts early access for mature/adult games. Content updates to existing mature/NSFW games are no longer supported.

I doubt they can just go back on their word and revoke your Early Access... you're not adding bestiality or rape content as afar as I know.

If they go back on their word, I guess I'll have to hash that out with their support.
I'm not gonna stir the hornet's nest though, and I'm assuming that I can release - as there's a big green button saying I can.

But if you're actually able to publish it you won't actually be able to update it if the update contains NSFW content..
NSFW games get denied EA so that they can't add more (unreviewed) content. That's the point of having EA denied, because Steam doesn't check EA updates.
Existing Early Access games have not been affected as far as I know.
There's plenty of Early Access NSFW games out right now, with four having released in the past 2 weeks.
Bestiality and rape content started this by the way, which is what they're screening for also, without explicilty saying so. That was quite obvious by the games that were delisted and denied EA initially.
