Secrets? There aren't really any. I've tried a lot of different shaders in this period of time. And in different scenes I try to make adjustments to the settings, I try to experiment with textures, scale, and so on. One thing I can say for sure, a shader is not even half the battle. Good lighting can pull out even the most mediocre skin shader customization. And at the moment my skin is based on this (pic) with some customizations.
