The big news, I guess, is that the
Wings of Empire is a VN/RPG set in a world where the Roman Empire never fell. If you've got Morningstar on steam, the first 13 days are now complete, and playable on the Development Branch of Morningstar: Book of the Fallen.
I also completed a couple of new post game events for Morningstar, most of which takes place on the Path of Fire ending. Meet up with an old friend for a drink, and if you've completed both Lin and Katie's storylines there might be a threesome waiting for you. I'll be updating that version to F95zone this weekend, and with that officially tag the project as [Completed].
Love of Magic also got some life, with Book 2 NG+ almost complete. The last of the big content updates went live this week, hoping to finish up the last lose threads this weekend, and put it up as well. Yes, it's been a busy Xmas, why did you ask?
New events include the conclusion to What was Promised (available if you defeated Hel in Book 3, and start a NG+ playthrough), as well as new events for Emily, Kath, Bella, Molly and Akane that can be played in either NG+ or normal mode.

Wings of Empire is looking Great!!
I've already renamed some of the women encountered so I will have to keep track of original vs. my rename to comment and not loose people in the process (I went with Ehsana for our Scythian Princess - a self-made feminine version of Ehsan, Persian in origin, meaning perfect and beautiful).
Her original name takes me out of immersion - tied forever to a certain Stark sister...
The story, politics, cold war getting hot, building the wing and the upcoming combat will make this a must have for me.
I also wishlisted on Steam and will spread the word.
When do you think you will have a working combat 'game' (something equivalent to Poker in LOM and match-3 in Morningstar) for the simulator and later space combat?

Either for end of Act I, or before I start Act II. It'll be heavily inspired by X-Wing (the board game) and the ship combat in Rogue Trader.

hmm, interesting concept for the new game, especially the hyperstream (Andromeda's slipstream nod by any chance?) mechanics. i found it odd how the speech doesn't follow the latin grammar patterns or use its specific figures of speech. don't get me wrong, it's not a bad thing. far too many authors bastardize it far too much so i'd rather not see it than see it messed with. i guess i'm just being a snob about it. also, you'll want to look into the julian calendar, the one the romans used. it should make day planning much easier, unlike the gregorian calendar the west uses now (or maybe not?).
looking forward to the story and what you're willing to touch upon. would be interesting to compare it to Ovidius's and Socrate's hopes for the future of the Roman Empire.

A porn space opera about rome is already niche enough without writing it in Latin. It does use latin terms occasionally, and there is a translation available.
It uses the pre-Julian (Old Roman) Calendar; the departure-point is ~300 AD, at the Time of Troubles.

I don't see it as a porn space opera.
Some in the West would call it porn but not me.
I see it as an Adult space opera - like the old Wing Commander series - but with a level of adult content no AAA game could get away with due to the public's perception about what is 'allowed.'
Add in Rome and the MC undercover as a dedicatus and you certainly have a recipe for plenty of sexy time.
There is casual sex - blowing off steam per se - and there is romantic sex that is on an LI path.
I certainly think there will be room for both here.
Do you see throuples or a mini harem (3-5 women) as something that will fit into the relationships in WoE (much later in the story OC)?

Having tried WoE now, it looks very promising. It is obviously still early in its production, but it has potential.
And with that, Morningstar is complete. This latest update adds Act 6 and Game+, completing the story.

thank you very much fyi the go file download for windows claimed it had a virus downloading from mix drop now.
Pretty sure it's a false positive; certainly gofile and mixdrop won't be different. Virus scanners are becoming increasingly twitchy and unreliable.
