Let me hear your characters you feel the most antipathy for. Can be "goddamn, this game would be so much better without them", or "this character is a piece of shit I'd want to punch irl". Or whatever else gives you a strong negative emotional reaction.

MC of almost every NTR game
Let's be real, the MC is usually the worst character in every type of game. Either he's a "blank slate" non-character who doesn't seem to have any personality trait besides "wants to have sex" or he falls into the dichotomy of creepy sex pervert or wet blanket who hasn't learned about the birds and the bees yet.

List of garbage MCs off the top of my head: Summer with Mia, Haley's Story, Lancaster Boarding House, My New Family, Where The Heart Is, Lewd Island.

I don't really "hate" any character... That said...
Tybalt from BaDIK is a bit of a twat (just mentioned him because I just finished playing the game)
and I have a hard time feeling sympathy for badly written characters that are walking formulaic tropes and have 0 depth to them.

I have a few that I really hate. For the sake of brevity they're all from games available on this site.

Sorcery Jokers
Tōya Rikudō, the final antagonist. I'm pretty sure I already ranted about him in my review of the VN but this guy is the worst. He's a smug pretty boy, effeminate, hates women, has hax powers, is convinced the universe revolves around him and has somehow masterminded everything in the story so he can refashion the world in his image. All the previous villains were his pawns he mind-controlled via his main minion who's hopelessly in love with him (he hates her btw). He's like an unholy fusion of Aizen, Light Yagami and Madara Uchiha. I really wish he didn't exist.

Euphoria
Rika, Rika, Rika. She's a spoiled crybaby who's completely irrelevant to the plot. She does nothing but whine and her ending is completely worthless. She's only there because ClockUp feel they have to include h-scenes involving a loli no matter what. Fuck you Rika, I hope you slit your throat for all eternity.

If My Heart Had Wings
Asa. This one bears explanation. You see, I have a strong dislike for harems. I also dislike threesomes. Asa and Yoru are twins. I love Yoru, she's my favorite character. Asa, on the other hand, is a very generic moeblob. Asa has a route. Yoru technically has a route... except Asa is also part of the package, despite already having a solo route. Sure she's pretty much a third wheel, but still... It really annoyed me.

Starless
For the sake of honesty, I'll admit I'm not a big fan of Sei Soujo. His art is very much an acquired taste and his writing tends to flip-flop between over-the-top black comedy and the very serious consequences of said comedy. He also has a nasty tendency to force love interests on the player, and in Starless her name is Mitarai Yuuna.
What's the problem with Mitarai? She's insanely boring. She's your stereotypical "class prez" kind of character with huge boobs and glasses and the game really wants you to love her. All the endings are about what happens to her, your character is literally incapable of being happy without her, it's just terrible... Because it's a goddamn hard femdom game, not a fucking romance story!

Corruptions of Champions 2
The kitsune. All of the kitsune. Don't feel like explaining why here, no doubt we'll shit on them in the game thread again sooner or later.

Sphilia's Familiar
The MC. He's a walking erection and little else, entirely selfish and without a single redeeming quality. He isn't even good at sex! The NTR route of the game is hilarious by its badness (the ntr dude has a literal mind-controlling dick) but it's at least half-way cathartic to see that fucker put in his place... too bad it involves him changing personality entirely to become your average passive cuck.
That game really sucked hairy balls :HideThePain:

Since I'm a robot powered by hate there's probably more to add to this list but this will have to do for now.

Stupid MCs or side characters, like in President Yukino; the MC sees an uncensored pic on the internet of his GF naked with birthmarks/moles on full display and not even a bar across her face, a girl whom happens to have the same hair and eye colour and same breasts size etx.

You get the idea and he doesn't realize there and then that IS his GF cheating on him. Fucking really?

Well I hate the perverted bastards that are MC's, very selfish and idiotic, however I hate even more the characters that the developer add trying to show that same MC as "not so bad in comparison".

Example: Big brother with Max and Erik, Max is a perverted bastard that earns money by destroying the intimacy of all the girls in the house, a peeping tom and an idiot, then so that it doesn't sound so bad we add Erik as a freaking scammer that uses women for his own objectives and after he gets what he wants he throws them away.

Seriously, be it the MC or the antagonist disgust me.

Amen to that. I hated most of the major characters in that game.

Chloe of Chloe18. She is Saki of Metamorphosis but you dont feel bad for her at all. She is psychotically obsessed with being a cheerleader so much she ruins herself in the pursuit. Saki is pressed into it. Chloe just dives headfirst recklessly.

The issue with blank-slate MCs is that they are enormously popular both in games and novels. That's especially prevalent in most hits of last decades' female literature (don't stone me, ladies ) and YA fantasy/epic genre. Even science-fiction is no stranger to this phenomenon: whenever the author wants the readers to identify with a character, they make it a non-entity. The plainer, the better to facilitate self-insertion.
It could be masked with superficial sass and easy, dumb attempts at wittiness, or a plethora of adjectives describing qualities you never get to see actually displayed, but it is what it is. They can't have the character being their own persona, because strong opinions and accentuated characteristics may cause rejection in some readers by breaking the illusion of an alter ego and consequently take them out of the story.

As a Story Teller/Game Master you can tell there are two main kinds of players: those who want escapism and adventure and those who want an ego-trip with a better version of themselves, be it with powers, a superior physique... but it's them all along.
With sexual fantasies -and erotic games as an extension- people usually want to be in the center of the action, not mere spectators, so you get a bunch of "type-2"s looking for their own porn-ish isekai.
The same goes for people who dislike seeing MC's face; if the picture is already filled, they can't project themselves over it.

Now, answering the OP's question, while plain MC's are boring and uninteresting, forced LIs in non-rapey games are terrible. You can't say no to them even if you strongly dislike them! We get you like that kind of girl/man and think they are the finest life has to offer, Mr. Dev, but we don't have to agree.

And the "ugly bastards" in NTR games! The old "may the better man win" should at least grant us a wicked sexy HUNK as a rival, not a deformed bald meatball. I'm not only saying this because it appeals to my geh taste but because it would be the logical order of things

Any time there’s a token male friend. You either have to “I’m sorry little one” them or it becomes a sharing/NTR game. I’m genuinely surprised I haven’t run into a happily coupled token friend character who can then be your bro but you don’t feel like you’re leaving them high and dry. You don’t even have to show her, just have him mention her off hand.

Vanilla main characters in general. I get why they're there, but I don't like it. The thing that annoys me the most about them is that, generally speaking, the stories they're in are subpar.

And that little twerp from Big Brother. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the game, but he was easily one of the two things I hated about the story.

For me, I'm going to say:

Every Rance-style horny serial-rapist, especially if the game tries to present him as an incorrigible rascal. Nauseating.

Characters in trainer games that were specifically written to extinguish any compunctions on the player's part about corrupting, blackmailing and degrading them. E.g. Claire in Bitch Breaker, Gloria in iNSight of you. These are characters you love to see fall.

Ugly bastards. Just why? Especially in a NTR context. Not characters that happen to be unattractive, but ones that are clearly designed to be as repulsive as possible. Thankfully mostly limited to Japanese games.
