Go to the map at night and click on the dark corner I think it's called. There is a prostitute there.
For the record as some people seem to be reading far too much into this. There is no hint at anyone doing porn, no other men sleeping with the MC's women and the prostitute is just a random NPC that has nothing to do with the women the MC is related to.

Its crazy creator has only like 15 patreons so far while some milk in couple of thousand patrons while not making an update in a year
As great as this first release is, it takes a few releases before people decide to commit money to a project. If he can keep updates to 1-2 months with the length and quality of writing/gameplay as the first release...this guy will be making a lot of money before long.
