if i'm downloading the full version, which patch should i download? do i need the universal data patch?

The only patch I know removes lesbo stuff from the game. You name relations, so no need for an Ipatch.

if you download the Full game version the Traffic Sign in between the season select and the Moon (Halloween special) has both What if's.

In the story you will read Lia and MC's father (Giacomo) are cousins (but Mr.Mister never said where on the family tree Lia falls compared to Giacomo). So Lia is a cousin to MC on top of being MC's step-mom (when we first meet Lia).

in general, I know that in a family with a long tradition of incest, the family tree should resemble a plate of well-mixed spaghetti haha, in which the devil himself will break his leg trying to figure out what's what =)) it's a kind of detective story in itself.
for some reason I thought that MC's father is not Giacomo, but Lia's brother, who is in a coma. that is, Lia is MC's aunt (of course, on his father's side), and Giacomo is his cousin (father's or mother's cousin, or the husband of a cousin's aunt)

Yes, The season is where you will select the next season season 2 and 3 (when you finish season 1). The traffic sign is for selecting which What if's you want to play (right now Anamarija/Natassja and Valerie with maybe a Gissell What if in the work). And the Full Moon is the first special "The Halloween Special".
