Is there any way to help with the english version? Given enough time, I might be able to help make some sense of this translation. I'd like to note that even though I don't know russian, I could still be of help.

I'm not getting the Vika Quest to launch with the new version. I've done the Marina/Irina quest and done the gym scene, but can't get past seeing Vika at the pool with the driver. Hanging out in her room at 13:00 doesn't work, she usually is trying to get into my bedroom then.

That might be something lost in translation, at 13:00 she goes to "your" room instead of "her room".
Some quests don't trigger unless:
1)you are at the right place, at the right time
2)you have met the requirements to trigger the next step for that quest
If you can't find the right location to trigger a quest, you could first click the button Quests, then click on the active quest you want to continue,which in this quest is the Vika quest with the mechanic, and finally click on the button on the screen to trigger the quest. (The button won't trigger the quest if you haven't met the requirements to trigger it)

Not sure since the event then is just her coming in to talk, that happens from the beginning. Unless it switches at some point.
