That's the original scene from the base version, with the vanilla mom. You shouldn't see this if you're playing the Wilson patch.

Make sure you have all the 'wilson*.rpa' files and none of the 'eyepatch*.rpa' files.

Ok. I checked and I didn't see either of those files. I downloaded the patch from the OP and now it works. Odd, because I was given a choice of routes at the beginning of the game. Anyway, it works! Thank you.
