Holy shit Maria is a monster! I tried to get the runaway ending with Lisa though, but she betrayed me and sold me out! Why? What I have done wrong?
I still get a rush of adrenaline whenever I come across Maria or her model in another game.
As far as I know there are 2 stages for the Lisa escape ending, when the first escape attempt fails don't accuse her of betraying you. For the second attempt to work you need to additionally have a good relationship with either Megan (the asian boss) or one of the ballbreaking dungeon slave trainers (Nancy?)

Were you honest with Lisa in the middle of the game and told her about your femdom relationship with Maria beforehand? I think that was necessary in order to run away with her.
After running away, there are two endings. If you have a good relationship with Megan or Nancy, you manage to run away with Lisa... with a bittersweet ending...
If you have a bad relationship with Megan and Nancy, the escape will not be completely successful in the end and the ending will be grim...

In this ending, you manage to escape. Either Megan or Nancy helps you. You manage to flee to another country overseas. Six months later, Lisa joins you and you lead a short, happy life as a couple.
One morning, you wake up and find Lisa dead in a pool of blood in another room. Maria is standing in the room with two guards. She has found you. Your own ending remains open.
Hi. I'm writing a short review for this game. I won't go into too much detail, but I'll just cover the most important things you need to know.
1. This is a fairly long game. You won't be able to finish it in one evening.
2. It's also not a fast-paced game; it's quite a slow-paced story. If you're looking to download it right now for a quick fix, you won't be able to. The vanilla intro, which you can't skip, lasts about an hour of gameplay.
3. This game does have a lot of taboo fetishes. But that's not the most important thing. The main thing is the psychological component of the plot. The story is quite serious, focusing on betrayal and the character's weaknesses. You might not like this atmosphere, just like I did. The main character isn't literally tied up or jabbed with a gun; he's mostly faced with skinny girls, yet he breaks down and can't fight back without obvious reasons. 4. The core plot of the game is betrayal and NTR (but lesbian). So, think carefully.
5. The game has quite nice graphics and a branching plot (at least according to the Christmas tree system).
6. The game often presents the illusion of choice. Sometimes the developer warns you in red font about changes in subsequent choices. But otherwise, it's a choice without a choice, which doesn't affect the plot, but simply slightly alters the dialogue.
7. The most interesting thing is that in this game, you won't witness the protagonist's struggle or pleasure. You will witness what the author intended as social degradation followed by the protagonist's mutation. I have many questions and suggestions on how this could be done more believably and effectively, but the essence is clear.
8. Almost all the girls look quite sexy, except for a few (but that's just my taste). Maria, in my opinion, is the most beautiful in the game, which adds to the plot and the psychology of the protagonist. 9. Based on the proportion of themes used, excluding the eternal oppressive atmosphere of betrayal and focusing on standard practices, I would rank them as follows (from most common to least common):
1) The most common is spanking. Spanking with a whip, cane, sticks, kicks to the balls, and similar methods of physical abuse.
2) Trampling. This is a type of foot fetish, where a girl simply tramples you, places her foot on your head, or stands with her heel on your chest.
3) Cunnilingus with strangulation and anilingus. This is one of the main sexual themes of dormitory. If the above is used as punishment, then here it will be the main type of sexual relations between guys and girls.

In terms of actual sex if your choices kept Maria straight then the NTR is only with men, she doesn't have sex with or couple up with women, lesbian NTR otherwise. Though emotionally/psychologically then yeah it's always that other woman who turns/corrupts her mind. The BG NTR men are just stuntdicks.
Lesbian NTR is probably the canon path (if there was such a thing), the one that makes the most sense. But it's easy to understand why there's an alternative since for most straight men lesbianism is always going to feel more like a sexy put-on show rather than a primal feeling of loss/grief like BG NTR.
I don't know how early the NTR is revealed to the MC in the lesbian route, but in the straight/BG route by the time it happens the marriage is pretty much already over (repeatedly referred to as ex-husband) and the relationship/love so far gone by then, so destroyed that when it was finally revealed to the MC (we first see her doing it away from him) I felt it lacked enough of the surprise/shock needed for me to get a true NTR kick out of it.
