Great start, but the dialogue needs some more work. It doesn't feel like it flows like a natural conversation in some instances and some of the characters dialogue seems kind of random.
Like for example, Wanda thinking about getting caught in 4k or she reasoning where to watch the damn movie.
It just doesn't seem something a 40 year old woman would be thinking, but who knows.

We had a vote here on Wanda's foot type, it will have some impact on the content of the story afterwards, but will not affect the plot and choice.
1.Egypt feet
(Egyptian foot is the most common type of foot, Egyptian foot features are very obvious, this foot type is not which a thumb is very prominent, from the thumb to the little finger is presented a neatly arranged combination, from long to segment, looks very coordinated.)

Looks like you could be right about the shop nexer so maybe it does have a slim connection to the sister but why have a reception sign?
