I win against Cana's mother but I don't know how to progress.
If I interact with the big door up-left she says I have no business there.

I believe so. Lots of salty's games have farting in it (some older ones don't). I haven't had the chance to try newer ones, but this one should have some.

Most salty games have toggles for both farts and futa content, so you can turn it off.
