Don't think you can. I'm not even sure how to get the marriage registration filled out doesn't give any option when talking to lover etc. and I made sure to only have 1
you need save the world first and marriage option will active when you ask walnut about marriage (after save the world)
Oh I meant that I did get the marriage register however I'm not sure how to actually ask the lover to marry unless if I need to increase relationship points
In my case it appears she became pregnant and asked me xD maybe I didn't have the right ring in order to do so not too sure though.
From what I've seen you can also Walnut however I assume you need to do conversation and take her on enough dates or something like that.

Maybe try finding that NPC in their default home and improve relationship and then rebuild house. Just a guess
In my game she moved into island office 2nd floor so maybe check there otherwise I think her default home is in final village you go to sort of a human village

Follow the tutorial and you'll get there.
If I recall correctly first one is to collect 3 stones which you can get by mining outside mine located above the forest that is above the village center.
After that, you have to obtain 10 wood which you can get above the village center and the map that is above your house.
Afterward, you have to order some material in the tool shop you get during the 10 wood.
Then you go to sleep get the material in the mailbox outside your house if I'm not mistaken and talk to Walnut again.
I think that should be the final one that unlocks most of the buildings. If you don't know on which one of those you are talk to Walnut the lady that greets you after arriving on the island.
A suggestion in case you'll be lost what to do in the game Ummm I guess you could say story-wise you can have one of the companions in your party and on the menu select
and Speak
Selecting that will give you a rough idea of what you're supposed to be doing in order to do the "quest" sometimes the description or translation maybe both is weird however it's better then nothing.

Go into the settlement that the island traveled to directly straight up you have the guild house where you talk to the receptionist and a guy will offer you training or something like that. I'd suggest you accept that he comes with you sort of OP character. Kill 3 mobs inside the cave on the top right map on the island. Or you can always kill them all and get free XP. Go back to guild inside town, talk to receptionist then talk to Walnut again and after some additional dialogue etc it should unlock.
