Did you talk to the girl in the room before that one? And speak to your companion to see what it says on your quest progress.
yes, after i talk to casino staff, then talk to snow, she say let's kill demon yokai or some sort

You have to talk to a scientist then to the girl with a teddy bear. Scientist can be in village if you built Future something building otherwise top middle I think while the girl is in the left room. After that you go back to the Dead Kings castle.

I'm not quite sure about that, but when female character request you some item,
and if you able to fulfill their request they will give you some random item in return like trick, moss, etc.

Hey guys, I wanna ask, what are the new stuff found here? I know that there's pregnancy and stuff, but i wanna ask, are there any new Characters whom i can cheat on my wife with? It's kinda dissappointing that you can only do it with Satira and Tyna, can you do it with the other older casts now? Or are there other girls you can now do it with?
If I remember correctly it's just the Chaos ones that are supposed to be able to cheat with however on my playthrough I never got them to agree so I'm not sure how exactly to do it. I mostly consider this game to be the same as the original just that they added new content like pregnancy, story/backstory and at least it's on RPG Maker MV instead of VX Ace other than that I think characters etc are same as they were in the original game.

Awww, So there's no new Chaos Chicks? Also is there still an affair icon, there is one in the original game, but i have absolutely no idea how to get it, no matter how much i cheat on wife.

Hey, is there an guide anywhere for this game? Or an walkthrough for the story?
If I recall correctly when you have a companion with you and you talk with them using some menu option they gave you a vague idea of what to do next. Often it's travel to a location and do a quest/mission.

I know that, but it would be helpfull with a guide or wiki for the game to see how to meet different requirements
