You can have as many points as you would like, as they are removed from the plot. All story hinges on is MC meeting various people and accomodate to their abilities while he shcmoozes them over to his side in the social studies.

I have 1328 points now and have been stuck at 2 Evo points for the last four updates, with all the necessary points at 9/9, but I can't upgrade.

Just like any game mechanic prone to hoarding points just because, things you need for plot reasons are way over in the achievements department and rather light in the inverntory poulation department.
For the longest of times, there was a hold up in even getting any points at all, where it was gated by meeting this many times the girl who does the enhancements and then meet her at some specific time of day and keep doing it over weeks.

Okay, found it, the capability is from Prof Wallet. Zara down, in the Leaderboard 1478 Points, wait for net Update

As intended: no matter how many repeatables you do, unless the one spectacularly hidden trigger is found, good luck gaming!

the game is a mess for me,..many scenes dont trigger in the sandbox,...i tried to playa new save and nothing ,deleted all saves and start a new game and same shit...

Even though I personally prefer the new game, this one is likely to take a while longer. Twelve out of twenty villains are still at large, the murder mystery has not yet been solved, and the main villain, aka Mr. Murder, has not yet been caught.

Seeing how there are still 13 villain missions (some of them are villains we already captured before) to be done in the computer, and so far each update only lets us complete 1 of them, we can be pretty sure that it will not end with the next update.

i didnt liked that but probly cuz my italian is not that good. hope there is a fix for that soon
