Well I'm just a few minutes into this title...and so far this definitely needs a walk through. All choices give no information with regards to what the results will entail later in the story. Usually with other titles there is some kind of hidden reference or data (points, etc.) behind the choices, which can tell the user what will happen with that specific choice...while using URM or the Universal Choice Descriptor mod. Though, I did see +1 hug in one of the choices....so maybe it will improve as the story progresses.

I hope someone will craft one soon, as I'm losing interest fast with each unknown choice I have to make.

This game does have a walkthough provided by the dev though it hasn't been updated to the latest version yet but unfortunately I don't have the tier required as it costs more for the walkthrough than it does the update

The game is good but I just finished playing through all the current content and I'm missing a handful of scenes which is shitty. Either go with the sandbox quest log or do the visual novel choices but don't make me have to slog through a bunch of quests and have to guest the correct choice to get the scenes.

bro what the hell i was enjoying this and then BOOM sandbox jumpscare, my enjoyment instantly dropped
and i tried to play and it was just horrible, another sandbox where you have to do the same thing 40 times while pressing control then a "dating sistem" which it would be cool but again the sandbox it just made me dread the moment i would be back to mash clicking everything to see if the story continues.
even worst i come to the comments to see what people think about it and its the holy grail of bad sandbox gameplay the good old "how do i get this" and the "what do i need, to do this other thing" ugh

There seems to be issues,
The quest log says i need to bring angelina to see the doctor, but there is no option to do so.
And the restaurant lady is stuck in a loop during the oven scene. I complete that scene and then go back and it's that same scene over again
