This game does have one of the best looking mom models out there. 10/10 for that.

Mother/son, brother/sister (maybe sister/sister in the future), but... the story starts with the MC dying and a goddess making a deal to put his soul in someone else's body (doctors saved them but the soul already left for the underworld). So it's not really the MC's family, if that's a dealbreaker for you.

Well, the definition is quite clear: sexual acts with consanguineous. This one is tricky tho, having the MC's soul in another body, it's incest for the soul but not for the body. I guess it's up to you to consider it incest or not. Maybe a disclaimer specifying this peculiarity would be nice.
In order to say that it's not incest, you would have to officially admit the existence of the soul. If so, we need to talk about the existence of an afterlife in the big picture, like the existence of Jesus and other mythical fairy-tale creatures, for example.
