Oh, I see, so we moved to patch version numbers, because the dot doesn't make it possible to have double digit minor version numbers. I honestly expected to see another out-of-nothing increment in major version number for this update. Up to now they could have just simply counted their versions from 1 to 39 without dots....

Do you perhaps know if your latest mod is at least compatible with the current update of the game? I'm tempted to add it despite it not covering the entire game anymore, but I'm afraid it might corrupt something.
Any idea if it's a good or bad idea?

Others said joyplay. Not every game is compatible, but if it is, the process is the same. Track the "game" folder and paste the patch.

Either way it seems like its gonna be a pain in the but and I have no idea which is simpler. esp when downloading games takes forever

If you still somehow have access to my latest mod, which was 3.8.5, I recommend not using it since it might break something. It's best to wait until someone else continues it.
