both come with instructions but same way as any mod, extract and copy to \game folder (in ucd's case you get 2 packets which are extracted to 1 folder and that is copied to mbd-folder).

although this has very few meaningful choices.

I discovered My Best Deal on Gamcore, and played it this weekend with the wife. Good lord is it the rapiest game we’ve ever played.

I mean, either your MC is using Hecate’s power to force people to fuck him, or he’s using Selene’s power to charm them into fucking him. He’s got a mom landlady who’s significantly bothered by what they’re doing, but just can’t seem to stop herself once her eyes turn pink. He’s got a sister roommate who turns full nympho when they’re together, and would willingly blow strangers in a public bathroom, and regret it later, if he didn’t stop her.

Hecate’s entirely right: everybody whom he thinks loves him, has no free will thanks to the goddesses’ fuckery. Only the goddesses fuck him freely. And maybe Pandia. (Who’s my wife’s favorite. She likes redheads, as do I.)

It’s an interesting story, and I’m curious to see where it leads. But the coerced sex is a massive turnoff. Still, it could be worse: he could be coercing everybody, all throughout the game, like the Purple Man in Jessica Jones, leaving behind no one unfucked. Even creepier.

My thoughts exactly as I'm currently watching a playthrough of this game.

There's no consent if the Love/Control power is involved with the Human characters.

My life is getting busier these days, and there are times where I feel like continuing the mod takes up way more time than it's worth. In addition, there's also the somewhat consistent issue that some users will have with saves and language switching. My last iteration of the in-game WT mod will be v3.8.5. I went ahead and updated the PDF walkthrough for v3.9, but I am unsure if I will even continue that in the future. I apologize to anybody who was eagerly awaiting the mod update, but as it stands right now with both my personal life and my own inadequacies when it comes to coding, I'm better off putting this on hold permanently/temporarily.

As an extra note, I was contacted by a few users who are potentially interested in continuing this mod (or making one from scratch). Don't get too excited until it's actually here though just in-case it doesn't fall through.

If this does end up happening there's a chance I'll stop updating the PDF and flowchart, so let me know if that doesn't work for you.

I hope this doesn't end is some bullshit "oh but none of this was real" silly ahh ending. I couldn't care less about the morality of using the powers, it doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, feelings are feelings, you could argue good genetics and hormonal chemistry is a superpower for seduction as well.

In my honest opinion people forget their morality and ethics only exist to permit society to exist without having sociopaths running around doing whatever they want without consequences. Which is exactly what gods in mythology are, and if you are given their powers well my guy you are just like them in a way.

I'm putting too much thought into this but IDC I am capable of free will.

That's fine. I use URM on a lot of Ren'Py games, so not a huge deal.

I do think the mod did allow you to get two different path scenes at once for one or more of the LIs, so that'll be a loss, but it is what it is.
