is the dev a cisgendered female? I am curious about this game and I always find interesting thigns the cisgendered female perspective.

afaik she posted a picture on twitter of her hand while in the middle of a drawing and said "funny how people assume that I'm a dude" or smth like that which indicated that she's a woman so yea.

ok i played this game:
Great writing, characters are solid and their motivations reasonable even the phone setup with the figthing game was a good idea.
gameplay whise the game sucks ass. out of the 4 hours i spend playing this game I spend most of it picking garbage and walking to and from places there is very little to do besides unlocking the next scene, so the map has no value, the items are too expensive for what little you get weekly at your job. I think the game would benefit from some random repeatable events and something to find on the streets.

on the tone of absurd settings and strange powers and people I even think its better than jojo (wich i dropped). I had not finished it because I hoped for more of the anime adaptation. and this coincidence brings me back into the topic of the thread. about the dev gender. since people refer to it as her.

What the hell are you talking about, do I care about these issues, as for the dev, she uploaded some photos, just by looking at it you can see that the dev is a girl
i was talking about doroherodo. which is a show that can have some very absurd visuals and themes. I compared it to jojo wich does similar absurd things. but I feel like dorohedoro is more solid than jojo. and thanks for confirming. I hope she decides to finish the game. since the writing is good.
