Yeah but I miss how close they were in the start and had all these cute moments together. She needs alone time with mc not with others.
My biggest mistake in this game is creating too many love interests, to the point where I can no longer handle them all, but they'll eventually have their moments in Chapter 2. Lily, not soon. Sky needs to build up again, so prepping for it, mid-chapter 2, probably episode 3 or 4. Regardless, Lily and Sky are side dishes; don't expect too much.

Sky has had her moments in the story up until now. Lily though, it's a shame, since I was interested in her athlete story and getting close to the whole group

If you could do it over again knowing what you know now, what would you do different? Purely as a thought exercise; I'm just curious about your views on it all.
My first thought with everything that is happening today (the CC companies, Patreon, etc) would be to make Klara and Sky normal characters for story purposes, leave them as the MC's mother and sister, but save them for another project (weren't you working on something involving the deities from your universe?). Then bump Lily up to a main LI and give her some of the time that had be allotted to the other two. However this can only go so far as I have no idea what else you have planned. And yes I know this would piss off the incest crowd, and I am okay with that. An even simpler solution would be to move Lily to a new project and just use MBIML to build up her character a bit.

NiiChan, take a moment to breathe. I haven’t played since Chapter 1 Episode 2 due to life getting in the way, but your VNs have consistently been some of my favorites. I’ve always enjoyed them a lot.
I know things aren’t going exactly how you originally envisioned, but take a breath and work your way back toward that vision while still keeping the elements your community enjoys. This is your story to write, not anyone else’s. Listening to your players is important, yeah, but don’t forget what you want out of it too.
Keep up the good work. I’m catching up now — finishing a couple of other VNs I started before yours existed — and I’m coming back to this one. I’m looking forward to it.

I have no idea who she is now, with the changes and such, but she was written originally as the MC's mother, and if you have the original version she still is. I'm guessing now she is a family friend or something. Maybe still Georgia's sister, and the MC was adopted at some point. I should play through the new version. I hope it's not the landlady trope.

IF I could do the game all over again, from scratch, a lot would change, especially how I set things up during the premise. Everyone will no longer stay with you in the same house, only Klara and Sky (I'd still keep the childhood friend and guardian thing because that's the most essential part of the main story).
Aine will come looking for you herself through Emma. She'll try to make peace with you, and we'll take things slow from there. Instead of entirely moving on from the past, she'll redeem herself through your character dynamics and such.
Emma and Gwen will come follow in the middle of it.
Introducing Moon and Freya to the story later on.
Chapter 1 - Episode 1 will be moved to Prologue.
After that, I'm satisfied with what happens further into the game.
Remove Lily and Naomi from the story. They were unnecessary characters added on impulse.

Apparently, trying to improve anything is now considered a crime. Self-betterment officially joined the list of things people can't stand.
It's a hell of a lot better than some do where they redo from start in the middle so everyone has to start over.
