Just finished the Emma solo route and just wow.... I am not crying, you're crying....also is the ending a teaser for an upcoming game? It sure felt that way to me
This game is written very well and I think may be one of my favorites out now, great work on both your games so far NiiChan...
Now theory time I really feel the link between Eternum and these games will be confirmed eventually... first we had straight up Eternum drop with Shu, then we have the weird room with the bleeding eye guy the MC is telling the story too during the beach trip, then the stuff with Amber and the end of Emy's solo route, plus Caribdis has been a contributor so clearly they LITERALLY back the games development and must enjoy it. plus the add on "once in a lifetime" name drop too Plus the whole mafia bad guys theme meshes well to fit them together too[\ispoiler]

While I would fucking cum just from an actual Niichanverse/Caribisverse canon crossover, I think those are just easter eggs, and most of the things that aren't direct Caribdis references are Niichan originals.
The sci-fi stuff in this game I'm pretty sure is teasing the next game, like with the Emmy route and that one scene where that little girl yell's "dad" at the MC and teleports away. Not to mention that one scene where we see that male character that gave the MBML MC shivers. If you play Sicae, there's a scene where we get another small tease about Amber as well.
Gotta say though those genre-shift teases got me hyped up for what's to come, both in this game and the next.
I gotta ask though, where was that scene with Shu in Eternum?

Yeah I forgot about when that little girl yell's "dad" at the MC and teleports away. That has something to do with it for sure...and I've played Sicae as well so I put the Amber is everywhere and is it's always a strange encounter Something is up...and I hope it's a crossover... even if it never officially happens I love the Niichan story regardless and the easter eggs are still great. I cant wait for more of both these games an dhope there is another one coming this year like it seems there may be.

I don't know if I'm excited or scared of this next update, especially after the revelation involving the MC and Moon in the last chapter, NiiChan has already said that the next chapter will be the most "Dark" yet, with themes involving: humanity, cruelty, injustice and consequences. I'm curious how the relationship will be worked out between the MC and Moon and their symbolism, i really liked the universe created in this game so far and I like practically all the characters, and from the arts posted by NiiChan it looks like something sad or tragic is going to happen to MC and I have a feeling I'm going to shed some tears at some point, but that's okay. I hope the next update doesn't take so long to come to the public.
So I wanted to hear from you, what do you expect from the story from now on with this update?

If you've played Sicae then you've seen a glimpse of how dark Niichan can get...Claire humming to Kei's dad's decapitated head while telling his phone to shush cuz he is sleeping....side note Claire is like scarysexy lol...Niichan has dropped hints with the "remember" drops directed at Kei^2... I cant wait to see what happens.
That was crazy dark, which was fine. This time, it has some form of realism, and I'm actually a little worried about releasing it as it is. I'm considering putting a serious warning frame before the episode starts.
Yeah, we'll do that. But all is good, the game is not staying in that theme.I'm willing to follow through to the dark side Niichan but a warning for everyone else would be highly advisable.

Just leave the burning house decisions out of it and you should be okay...lol JK.
I am not bothered by the "dark" stuff and actually enjoy the story and progression through it if it is written and done well, it adds depth of character to most involved, but see why a warning may be a good idea for some. I have dark humor leaning personalty anyway, so I cant wait to see what you come up with.
