Since the beta is already out I'd say a few weeks, unless someone leaks the beta, which I think would be problematic as we'd have pages and pages of people complaining about bugs and broken saves.

I'm at the part where Lily is leaving...I really really liked her...please tell me she returns? also...I also think Claire is beautiful as all hell and her tats are stunning...will MC be able to have a relationship with her in the future? thanks everyone

I'm pretty sure Lily is going to come back at some point, she's one of the main LIs after all.
Regarding Claire, I don't think this MC is going to have something with her since she is a main LI in Sicae, NiiChan's other game.

yeah I think I recall the dev saying at one point he made her leave in the story so he can focus on other girls and bring her back when he feels like the time is right not 100% sure but I swore I read something like that once.
