What I did was: (Use cream at every stage)
Shoulders; left then right.
Back; left then right.
Waist; left (tickles) then right.
Click to go to legs.
Calves; left then right.
Thighs; left then right.
And then the buttocks left then right.

Delete the persistent file in C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\MCR2
If it doesnt work, delete the peristent files in the above directory and WhereYouInstalledTheGame\MCR2-0.5.0706-win\game\saves
