All those cheats with the command console or using the Universal Ren'Py Mod (URM), which is another alternative to be able to search and edit those same variables, I tested them (making also screenshots) on my copy of the game (Version: 1.0.01013 Normal and Extra). And it's not the first time I use the cheat of increasing the mc's energy to be able to win combats in Ren'Py games, because it's a simple way to win fights in most of them.
So at least all those cheats worked in the full 1.0.01010 and 1.0.01013 versions for pc (not compressed or for android) that I downloaded from this thread when I played it. No idea why the same doesn't happen with your copy of the game.

If you are referring to the second memory card that Rita gives to Derek after an event in a chemistry class in Lecture Hall, you cannot yet combine that second memory card with the camera, because all sugests are that this task will be continued in the next game update.

And in order to complete the task "Put the phone on the nightstand" that you have to complete first in the task "Lida's video", an alternative is to edit line 209 of the file hero_quests.ini:

which was what at least I did in order to complete that task "Put the phone on the nightstand", which was bugged by not having done some "Get the data from Ivan's laptop" tasks in the correct order as I commented in this other post:

Help can't complete the mini game where you to pleasure her while the ex have her at gun point on android is there any way to skip this.
The mini games in the first was tedious but passable this one is not at least for me

I used console command to have enough money to buy the camera. It seems that this is now blocking the quest that will allow me to ask the maid about the photo and there by finding the ring. Any way to fix this?

You have to read the thread, because they already warned in several posts that have to download and play with the version 1.0.01013 and not with the version 1.0.01010, and its developer (Astaros3D) also warned that the initial v1.0.01010 was bugged shortly after publishing it, so he had to release v1.0.01013 bug-fixes to fix it.

It's not the same error in the two tracebak.txt you pasted in both quotes. Apparently the latter error is due to not finding an image (slider7.png) with v1.0.01013, while the former is due to a bugged minigame from v1.0.01010:
...\game\gui\bar\slider7.png
which also does not contain the archive.rpa:
...\game\archive.rpa
and which appears on line 715:
thumb "gui/bar/slider7.png"
of the Inventory.rpy script:
..\game\_script\classes\Inventory.rpy

I don't know what event triggers it to request that image (slider7.png), since I didn't have that error, although I suppose it has to do with the inventory.
The only thing I can think of is to extract some *.png image from archive.rpa, and rename it as slider7.png, respecting the file name and the folder tree (IOError: Couldn't find file 'gui/bar/slider7.png') of the tracebak.txt where it indicates that error:
...\game\gui\bar\slider7.png
or edit the line 715 of Inventory.rpy leaving it as commented (adding # at the beginning):
# thumb "gui/bar/slider7.png"
to test if with one of those two alternatives you can avoid that error.

Have someone can upload the extra fixed version, I saw someone upload on Google drive before. But now is not exist.
