Use 0x52 urm, just load a save at saveeditonline to see the variable for money, haven't played in so long that can't remember and ain't playing this game. The GF thing from the mc is just a turn off.

If they do, they'd be super lucky as most give up well before that since the game is an utter bug feast, it has more bugs than even the filthiest place you can think of.

As I recall, you can ask the dad (Ivan ?) for money in his office, then use it that small amount to bet and make more. You can also become a cam guy and stream yourself jacking off and make some money, but I don't remember how to get that started.
