I'm missing these 4 scenes, are they currently unlockable in this version of the game, because as of rn it says I have no tasks left (it has said that before, and I've found more tasks, so it is giving me trust issues)

I'm missing these scenes as well and the task manager says everything is complete. I think your post got lost in the argument over semantics.

Can anyone weigh in on unlocking these scenes? Especially the Olya scene. I did all the photography tasks except the one in the bunny suit and don't know how to unlock it.

I want more Lida's scenes(NTL).

Lida and Olya.
Derek said he wanted the protagonist to get "more scenes of infidelity" from Lida, therefore, it will appear in this or the next update. Olya, from the photo that announces the update that is going to be released now, will appear in a new photo session. I assume that the obstacle will be the same as the one we saw in The Girls House with Mia.

I think the game needs a more passionate scene, perhaps with the blonde with glasses.

Yes those scenes can be unlocked in this version. In order to unlock them though it's a whole series of events that happen rather early in the game and in fact after you have your first dinner with the family.
To sum it up you have to talk to Olya after she leaves the table in anger with her dad, let some time to pass, then go to Lida and ask for money, then she will send you to her husband and he will give you the "idea" of helping his daughter make money by creating a web shop. You will then have to go and find, a web camera (for free from the shop if you answer correctly the 5 riddles Lia gives you) at which time the police officer will come by and arrest you again and you get to see the bj from the cop. Also you get to buy dresses from your phone which you give them to Olya and then you take pictures of her and post them in your web shop.

When you are done you should have something like that when you turn on your pc and select Photo Store.
