For me I had to complete the internet games on the computer (blue kitten). Then it would trigger the blue kitten scenes.

Mod has now been updated!

Since I downloaded version v16-10260, the latest mod I tried didn't work. But why doesn't this 10260 version mod highlight anything even after I downloaded and overrode it?

it seems like i would have to start a new walkthrough without mods
