I just got Anna to go back home and when I go talk to the Dean and let her know the game crashes. Wont let me ignore the error cause it just brings me back to the beginning of the chat with her and goes to the error again. After reading the error report it seems to be an issue with the college.rpy folder cause the error report says

File "game/college.rpy", line 408, in <module>
AttributeError: 'bool' object has no attribute 'on'

Pretty sure it was meant to be boot not bool. Is there a way to fix this?

Not boot, there is no such variable type as "boot", bool is perfectly fine, except that it's not! I mean that variable must be Task type. Also gime me a save file before the fix, I would like to check something.

I seme to be stuck with the roommate. I seem to have gotten 2 broken hearts somehow. Is there a way to re-increase that in the game? Alternatively, how can I use the console to reset it?

Unren program can open up the console for you. Otherwise, it's basicly impossible to go down to two broken hearts, what did you do? I mean, the compliments (not overcompliment!!), the gifts, the events gives tons of points. :O You can try to make compliments, but not sure you'll be able to recover from 2 broken hearts.

easy way is just to renpy save editor the save files.. ....

also did the developer of this game ported his game to android?
im curious if other developers would do the same .. ... its really convenient specially not having to look over shoulder if my real life cousin is there.....sorry yes the 28 yr old virgin has a thing for his own cousin... this game hits me hard.

You need to read the books you buy.
You probably have bought some books about Photography and maybe more.
Go to the apartment, use them in the living room, that will make you read them, and most likely, that will make you able to buy more outfits. You won't get further in the game, if you don't read them - that's for sure

yes the android version is buggier than boom and spear releases
bunch of bugs here and there.
at the start
you can ignore the error to start the game
but basically the error at the start is the main problem of the game
