For those unable to shower with the roommate, you may not have oiled the lock to the bathroom. If you still have the machine oil in your inventory then you have not oiled both locks. You need to go *inside* the bathroom when she is not there and use the oil to oil the lock.

how to get 5 star on roommates, you can fuck her and thats it, it stuck at 4, doesnt make sense to me
You only get 5 stars after the game "ends". You have the final confrontation with Dick and then you choose to wander around the town. Basically free roaming to revisit old scenes but you also are able to raise the roommate to 5 stars.

Must admit I tried this game and kept hitting issues with things not becoming available even after doing the required actions, but it's been so long now since I last tried it.

Only one I can see is the pdf one that isn't really a 'walkthrough' just a list of the quests and a few answers to problems that may come up. I've seen walkthroughs that are four times longer than that one for a similar length game so no clear what the problem with a colour coded one is. Maybe the lack of a rollback option (so if you make a stupid mistake you can recover rather than re-load the last good save point). In fact this game is one of the most tedious as I find myself having to save every five minutes or so just in case I fluff it up (which has happened more times that I care to remember and is the reason I gave up on this game twice).
So, sorry, I guess the answer to your question probably 'no' but qualified with a 'there is a pdf...'
I oiled the bathrom door and opened it with the screwdriver. After watching I had to walk in to unlock the first gallery picture but lost her one and only heart. Saving before walking in, then unlocking the picture and reloading works of course but seems like a slight cheat. Is there another way? Or will I definitely regain the lost heart anyway? I don't feel like playing through and ending up with one heart short...

OK, so I need to try and work out why a couple (few) things have gone wrong or not triggered.
I've been going through the walkthrough and been crossing things out as I complete, but a few things that should have happened haven't and a few things have been allowed even though they say something else should have happened first (sorry, couldn't think of another way to say it.
1) massage of the roommate. After applying the sensual oil, I follow through the steps of what to massage, but when it comes to the panties the MC massages he through them and she orgasms and that's the end. The Walkthrough says to take the panties off. Did I miss something?
2) I talked to Barbara to get her to go to the Library, but she just hasn't turned up (for the threesome...apparently). There are a few things that are supposed to come (lol) after that point but I have already got the book and had the double photoshoot with Emily and Jenny. So I'm not clear what is going on there.
3) I have tried going back to check on Barbara but she is now completely missing and of course so is Derek...so again that stops me dead on a few things. I actually went to Barbara's place at 12:00 midday and tried the bell every hour until it was night....
So, can anyone suggest where I may have gone wrong, or a way to correct these things?
