Just downloaded and based on the gallery it doesn't look like there's anything new. It asked what language I wanted to play it in at the beginning though so that was probably the addition...

ok im having a problem i downloaded the new version and started a new game now after seeing the doctor the next day even if i only selected good comments etc i get a gameover the next morning

Did you jackoff and not clean it up? Being a perv too early will end the game, as it probably should.

I'm starting to think he realized Girl House was a flop.
