From version 1.2 you have to fuck all the 10 girls in the game.
Probably developer forgot to correct doctor , ten instead of nine.
The task is correct 10 , you fuck the nurse so 9.
Threesome with Anna/Barbara and screwdriver in your inventory ... now you can speak with doctor and go for Anna and shop girl.

need a doctor bugfix advice ... or change the task to 9 as in previous release

Post your save ... it is the only way to check why Derek doesn't open the door

You have the variable barbara.fuck = True ... impossible at this point of the game ... some cheats used ?
Setted to False
... and another thing , you have variable fuck related to many girls = True this not count to decrement task fuck girls.
Put to False the girl you have not fucked or at this point that you can fuck again ... if you need to complete the task.

when you speak with Anna don't click on her tits or some interface around or not only you can lose Henry but you can break the task scare Dean.
The same happens with meet barbara 18:00 , "Ask librarian about college customs"

Goto Dean at college , select the spider from your inventory ... you have to distract her.
Try the option ... one work but you can try also the others

first time you just select the spider it will automatically trigger

second time just click on all massage it will tell you when if i remember correctly
