Look at the walkthrough. There are several steps required to get this done. You need to get the red folder by blackmailing Derek, Barbara's brother. He will get that folder for you. Then you show this folder first to your roommate in the office and then to the director, Barbara's and Derek's mother.

I think you can use actual release without problem , or if you want enable scene replay from the author (don't use mine) , extract and put this rpy in game folder where archive.rpa is.

He completed scenes replay in this version so don't ask me to replay all another time ... try.
With official you have to unlock all the scenes in game or have a full "persistent" file in save folder.
Man the DEV sure loves their rollback prevention crap first had to clean up all the script files to remove the rollback prevention brackets from them not to mention all of the hidden $ config.rollback_enabled = False that are hidden in some of them that had to be changed to $ config.rollback_enabled = True.
