I extract the zip into a folder and i hit the EXE to play the game andf totally nothing happens
What operating system are you using? I know some people had some trouble opening games because they were running Windows 7

I'm using Windows 7 x86 32 bit - no problem with this game here!
I would rather suggest driver problem (graphics? even maybe soundcard?) than the actual OS.

Hmm, I'm using Windows 10. If possible, you can try running the program in combability mode. However, this will force you to run the game using Administrator mode.

Another tip is to try to pick a different renderer when starting the game - by holding Shit + G while it's loading.
OK, but still Win11 is so new that almost everything can go wrong there. Programs and drivers get better when older they are since fixing bugs is time consuming!
Assuming everything is OK with your hardware (even brand new sometimes can be broken and your must be new for Win11) then probably the only thing you can do is wait for probable fix. Another thing you can try is install older OS, it can also help to determine if there is no fault with your hardware. Sorry but new stuff is pandoras box.
Edit: tip in message above mine may also be helpful, so try it first.

Soooo is this separate protagonist to play? or is it mainly playing as the female one but making some choices for the opposite? the screen shots looks like you're just playing the female one....

Eh, you're just the player. You can read all their thoughts but it seems like you're making the choices in Peter (the dude)'s perspective. This game is awfully short I can't even review it that well.
It's female protag only. The tags are wrong.
