That's what I had done in December. I'm still in my only 2oz of food at a time stage. I do miss like taking a decent bite of something, but otherwise don't have nearly the same desire for food/hunger that I used to, so that's helpful.

You'll get there! At least the food bill is severely decreased :)

I still basically eat everything, just in MUCH smaller amount :)

That's how I got my weight down too... just no bypass. Sheer willpower. What a fucking pain... 3 years of misery on every meal. But I did it. Then, well, took it too far I guess, my brain told me to go pound sand. Don't ever do it man... it's fucking scary as hell...

This is why I love Falconer, as a classically trained vocalist who did choir from like kindergarten all thru High School, and actually met my wife in the base choir at the AFB I was at for tech school, I can appreciate the instrumentation of super growly metal, but I need there to be an actual singer I can sing along with for it to go into my rotation.

My favorite song from them.
