It's a patch that adds incest to the game.

With it MC has a lot of blood family that he's living with plus a potential other one revealed later on.

Without the patch, no one is related, and everyone he's living with are clones of other people. Loads of clones.

Personally, I'd recommend using the patch

As S1nsational said, it changes the relationships between the MC and some of the ladies he lives with. It's an unofficial patch, but it works.
Since I don't have any power to remove it from the thread, I'm answering your question in good faith, in case you are a Patreon spy.

It's "Post Data" abbreviation in Spanish (P.S., Post Scriptum, in English and Italian). One of the older acronyms in written language and formally accepted. Xapi's Spanish-speaking brain has failed him in this case.

Well, for me it's the PS (pronto soccorso), in America it's the ER (emergency rescue).
It becomes really difficult to understand what the hell we're talking about.
