Thanks everyone for fast answers :) what I've readen is a relief. When I found 8 pages with "branch*" search I thought it's not for me :D Small branches like love/corruption route are ok.

The extra plus is fast answer from dev and big community as I see, so this title is going to land (almost) at the top of my to_play list.

One more question as I'm a big fan of one of mentioned kinks.

I'm going to be a freaky little chaos gremlin and say that playing with or without the incest patch are also major choice.

Having the patch active or not changes the story somewhat and if you don't have it active you miss out on a really sweet scene

Directly from the words of the developer: click (beware it contain spoiler for the future of the story)

Basically, pregnant sex is going to appear during Act 3 (we are in the latter half of Act 2 atm). Only if you decide to make the girls pregnant, of course.

There will be pregnant sex. A lot of (optional) pregnant sex. Pregnancy is optional and controlled by the player, with choices like:
A-Creampie
B-Creampie. Go for the baby (100% pregnancy chance)
C-Pull out.

At the current moment (before the update just released, to avoid spoilers), there were a maximum of 17 (out of 22) LI pregnant. The bellies still haven't developed (the longest possible pregnancy is just under a month right now), but will show up in future updates.

Adding to what other players have said:
The walkthrough isn't a mod. It's integrated natively into the game since the start. No need to install any extra.
The incest patch changes not only the relationships but also the background story of some key characters.

For me, there is another important choice. For a LI, you have to choose whether to impregnate her or not and hinder her career or not. A career where age matters a lot, so it's up to you to decide whether to let her live it to the fullest or partially hinder her.

I can't start S4 without a save file. This error occurs after completing all questions.
I remember a similar error occurring in S3 before. (Not the current version)

There is one additional option, one LI is a bit chubby and you can choose for her to remain so or undertake a diet/fitness path to slim down.

If you play on Windows and don't clean it too intensely, it save saves. But I'd suggest creating an extra save folder :)
If you play games online, remember that most of sites have a possibility to export RenPy saves.

And if you think you shouldn't store your saves on PC. Find some folder that stays there no matter what and name saves with shortcuts. "MyD" for example.
