Yesterday I started second season and all the sounds disappeared, only music left. At the beginning I just thought it may be only in first update, but I'm now during end of day 17 (Martha and Emma 3some)) and still nothing. Is there something with my game/save/settings or there are no sounds anymore?

This is possible; in general it's best to play the game until the "save here" screen and go back 1 slide (to a proper game content screen). This is usually the best way to avoid issues for both in-between updates and between seasons (not just this game but most Ren'py games)
Question for you all. I'm playing season 2 as we speak and I'm at dinner with Daphne (red headed twin just incase people use different names) and in passing MC and her mention not officially being cousins. I feel like I've missed a huge part here, but at what point does MC find out they're not actually related? It doesn't seem like its come up at all.

Did you install the patch for season 1 and forget in season 2 that's what is sounds like, or are you not playing with it at all.
